that I'm still trying to catch up with what happened this week-end [I've taken
part in Romania's first Anime and Manga Festival Ever! and
apart from that, I've had some other stuff to do, but I'll let you in on that
after I receive your PM and reply to it ]...
Uni life is a bit tough, especially with cooking and cleaning, but me and my
roommate get along pretty well and so far we've managed not to starve to death
Thanks again for your advice. It was really helpful to get to know the
neighbors, especially the nice old lady next door that always has home-made

I'll be looking forward to your PM then
Thanks Odeena!
Glad to know that you're doing very well with your new " life ".
Attended a national anime fest? That's great! In here, well, they invite a
Japanese personality, like a director, a writer, a singer whose song were used
in the OSD, and of course, the seiyuu( voice actors ). Is that how you conduct
anime festivals over there? I'll bet its a little ordrerly than most of its
American counterparts.
Yeah, I went over that experience too, especially with cooking and doing ty the
daily chores. Of course, knowing you, I guessed( correcty...yaaayyyy! ) I
knew those baby-blues won't let you down!
Gomen also for the delay in submitting my artwork. Don't worry, yhis will be a

Hmm... actually i am not exactly new here ... and
this stuff about coding isnt one that i am not familiar with....
about the codings.... for starters just add this to your userpage content:
<style type="text/css">
body {
font-color: 000000;
font-family: Century Gothic;
font-size: 10px !important;
background-color: ;
background-image: url();
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: top left;
background-attachment: scroll;
border-color:171717;
border-width:5px;
border-style:solid;
}
</style>
Hop that will start you off ^_^
Lol actually i am faintly surprised that my scans got quite popular... partly
because there has been a scan galore in MT since the introduction of credit
reward for every scan submission ^_^
Well i must say you really know your artist well i may
recognise the artist but i never will remember the name that is how awful i am
Likewise i dont have a specific visual artist so i wont go on
naming those few... Well as to what i used to draw.... well i pretty much vector
sometimes and also submit some doujitsu... as for walling... haiz i never like
the tutorials and especially the brushes....i can go around in circles finding
them
Well ditto for me but just that my complications are really confined in the home
and my computer is always beside me But i
do bid you good luck on the complications you are facing and also do take care
of yourself.... lots of people got carried away with their problems thus
neglecting themselves Oh yea that is what i like about here... you can talk freely
and also people here listen to what you are saying ^_^ No matter how boring it
may sound
Well i will go off too ^_^
Till another time and hope to talk to you too
and keep those reviews coming in
Take care!
Thanks for the tips and for taking time to explain things.
Well, I guess complications are bound to happen sometime, Like you said, it's
how you deal with them that matters. Also, who you're dealing it with is very
crucial too, so thank you for being supportive. Seems I've also found good
friends in cyberspace( according to a cliche' ). After all of this is resolved, I'll be even more active than before, I
think .
Hope to talk to you again soon!

I'm really looking forward for your drawing.(I have four hundred
favourites?!...I never notice that. When I see a good artwork, I couldn' resist
to add them to my favourite list )I'm
pretty sure that your doujin wouldn't be rejected and your parents, brother and
your friend didn't say that your drawings were good just because your feelings
would hurt. I also like drawing and draw a lot too!
You want to come to New Zealand?I reccomend Christchurch and Rotorua!
I really want to go to U.S.A but I wouldn't have a chance yet...Anyway, you
study Phychology?I'm quite interested to study that.Nice to meet you!
(I'd like to be added to your friendlist)
Nee, thanks for the words of encouragement( when it comes to drawing, I really
need lots of it )! Hopefully, they'll at least make it to your list.
Well, I really like the the fact that New Zealand is a very nature-oriented
country. Mostly I read about it in books or the net, as well as descriptions
from my sister. Waahhh, I really would love to visit( goes around in
circles...stomps her feet )
the places you mentioned. Anyway, who knows, maybe we'll actually meet each
other in person . As for my side of the fence, well I won't recommend Missouri right now( it's
October, flood months...hopefully not ), but maybe you'd like to visit the landmarks, ne? Homeland security's extra
meticulous though, due to the terrorism problem. Oh well, I'm sure terrorists
won't be able to keep people from wanting to travel, it's just a natural thing
that everybody wants( except my dog, Elsa ).
Yep, I'm currently on my second year. Psychology is one of the most interesting
subjects( especially for weird people like me ), although it requires lots of references and research, and is not static.
Even if you're already practicing it as a profession, it does'nt mean that what
you know won't be disproven when new discoveries come to light. So, it requires
constant learning, as opposed to other academic options. Also, it's kinda young
for a branch of Science, being recognized only for the last two centuries or so,
which is actually a good thing, since we get to be pioneers of a sort . Wee...I'm blabbing again .
By the way, I would definitely add you to my friendlist. I would love to talk to
you again, ne?

a long wayin a short period of time. Because the one thing i want to do is go to
an art college and get a degree in animtion, then im gonna open my own studio
that makes the first, great american anime! So good, you'll think its really
from Japan. Only problem, i cant really draw guys yet, just cute little girls...
I need to get a good program like photoshop to paint as well.
I think i will put up some of my new stuff soon, so look out for that!

You certainly know how to dream big! But
of course, with your talent, all that's really neede is practice. Who knows,
maybe I'll be watching your animated show with my kids years from now .
Only, when they say, " Oh, it's the latest animation from Japan...!",
I'll probably say( after seeing your name in tha credits ), " Well, actually, there was this guy I know...and the rest is history
..." Well, it actually takes more effort to draw girls than
guys( or so my friend Carol said ), so I'll bet those really cute girls are
going to be an asset..hehe. Of course, eventually, you'll need to draw
guys...ne? Well, if you're looking for a good graphics or art-related program, I'd
recommend Photoshop( latest version ), Corel Painter or Metacreations.
I'll definitely be on the look-out for your new submissions( whips out surveying
lenses )! Oh, and thanks for adding me to your friendlist, seems we'll be in
touch for a long time! Take care.

" Death is but perchance to dream. To dream for all eternity. "
--Vincent Volaju
Wow you wrote a lot. You have weird tastes in characters, although I could see
it. My personal favorites are Rei and Shinji (ya, I'm boring). I also played
Bach when I did piano, but I didn't like its use in End of Eva, it felt
kinda...I dunno, grotesque. I loved Pachebel's Canon though and that music that
played during the intermission of Death and Rebirth, although I can't find it
anywhere.
When I die in RPGs, it's usually because I'm a little extreme in my leveling up.
I like pushing my characters to their limit with as little health aids as
possible, so they usually end up dying after like 3 hrs of leveling up from a
minor minion. The boss battles are normally farily breezy for me
though.
"Around the neighborhood" haha!
Oh yeah, you're 18, are you in college?
Weird tastes? Hehe, you got that right, and not just in NGE. I normally have
this paradox when watching anime( and some movies or games ), where I usually
gravitate towards the weirdest characters. For example, in Trigun, my favourites
are Millions Knives( the central villain ) and his right hand man, Legato
Bluesummers. In Final Fantasy 8, it was Seifer Almasy. Also in Gundam Seed and
GSD, I went for characters like Shinn Asuka, Gilbert Durandal and Yzak Joule.
I see that your also a fan of classical music. In some weird manner, I seem to
enjoy a hybrid of rock, chanring and classical mixtures as well.
Intermission...hmmm, might that be " Soul Refrain "? Although I'm not
sure, since you never mentioned it as a song, it was the first thing that came
into my head. I kinda like how you said that the use of Bach's music in End of Eva was
" grotesque ", because Director Hideaki Anno said the same thing in an
interview. The classical music that played during Eva-02's last battle was a
great touch though, somehow I like " subdued " music being used in a
violent scene.
Well, the boss battles do come easy if you've gathered enough items and maxed
out your character's levels. That's the main gripe of detractors when it comes
to RPGs, because they find leveling up a waste of time( yeah right... ).
Anyway, I'm pretty much an all-around gamer, so I don't really have prejudice
when it comes to game genres( although nothing could force me to play really
crappy games... ).
Yup, I'm 18. I'm taking up Psychology as my major. I'm really interested in that
sort of stuff( introspection, inner discovery...blahblahblah ),
since I was in High School. Although I'm still undecided as to what particular
application to specialize in, I'm considering between Ev-psych or Psychiatry(
both of them require additional study after earning your B. D.).
Uni-life is sorta convoluted, but one's gotta do what one has to, ne? ( My
boyfriend hates that adage of mine, too deep for him, I guess )

Ah, I'm at Pitt, I think my majors are bio and engineering, a bit different from
psychology. What are ev-pysch and uni-life?
Oh yeah, if you're in college, does that mean you also have a facebook?
Ooops, sorry for the confusion . Ev-psych is short for Evolutionary Psychology, its actually a prerequisite
along with studies with regards to genetics and psychology. It's actually one of
my favorites. In a nutshell, it deals with the biological basis of Psychology
and how evolution shapes an organism's psyche, adaptive responses, logic and
sense of relation with regards to its environment.
Uni-life? It's...eerr...another word for life in the University. I actually
caught it from my friends.
Your majors are Bio and Engineering...quite different indeed. But, we can depend
on each other's professional help, maybe years from now, ne? Although I'd say
more me than you.
--
" I'll be okay without you sis. I'll be alright by myself. "--Squall
Leonhart at the Centra Orphanage
Waahh, you caught me there . I'm also a huge Evangelion fan, what with the flood of psychology with
relation to it .
My favourite character is actually Misato Katsuragi, with Toji Suzahara and
Gendou Ikari( dunno, but I kinda like this crazy man )following closely behind. I also happen to be a fan of Johann Sebastian
Bach's music( actually, his compositions are the ones which I really practiced
back when I was in Junior High ), and classical music as a whole.
We also have a something in common when playing RPGs. I also die a lot, and it
happens mostly when I think I've already leveled up a little too much for a
given day and then I get cocky and, as a result, end up battling some monsters
in the game that are way more powerful that the current stats of my characters.
It also happened a lot when I was playing FF8 . I actually battled the Omega Weapon for the first time, and it took about
forty minutes!
Nee, you're from Pennsylvania, so I guess we just about live in the same
neighborhood . Hope to talk to you again and good luck with your studies. Take
care.

Hello! Just dropped by to see how you're doing. Then
again, I'm quite sure that you're doing very well, especially with your studies.
As for me, well, it's been a mixture of the good and the not so good . For, one thing, I still can't buy sometime to start my gallery, since it's
already the onset of October, so its to expected. There have been some problems
at home, luckily its nothing we can't handle . I'm also planning to get a part-time job( I'm running on a scholarship, so
all I worry about is the miscellaneous expenses...), so I'll will rely less on
my family for finances.
By the way, thanks for reassuring me about the doujin submissions. It's gonna be
a little off schedule, but I'm sure I'll manage to squeeze some artwork in, ne?
:nya Again, good luck with your exams. Ganbare!

Quote by asinineJust checking out how you
have been doing
Wow you have been fairly active ^_^
so just wondering do you have any preferance of
art?
Hey thanks! Well, I haven't been in the MT kingdom for quite a while. Gomen!
Hey, you're userpage is very pretty, especially the fonts! I still haven't
figured out how to make my own page look like that, I mean, I have a ton of
photos and images, but I'm a little vague on the know-how. Hope you could help
me( even though we're both fairly new... )with these. I'm still short on the time factor, but it's October, so, can't
really do anything about it schedule-wise. Also, I just browsed through your
scans, and I can see why you've received a lot of faves, ne?
My preference in art? Well, I'm not really good at drawing ( you'll get a
personal look at how...er, weird I draw ,
when I manage to scan some artworks...)but personally, I really love doujinshi
and anime artwork. Specific visual artists..hmm, the list would include Tetsuya
Nomura( he's really good...and that is still understated ), Kia Asamiya, Hiroaki Samura, Norman Rockwell, Joe Madureira, Hayao Miyazaki
and Katsuhiro Otomo( whew...still many more left unmentioned ). I also like portraits( though I don't know if I can do them...) and
landscape paintings. As of now, I'm really finding the art style of Manglobe,
especially Ergo Proxy and Samurai Champloo, very expresiive and dynamic. If I'm
someone more talented, maybe I'll draw on that as inspiration .
Actually, the reason why I'll be irregularly active for maybe the next couple of
weeks are...complications at home. Hopefully, things will be alright pretty
soon. That's why I'm kinda distracted right now. But, anyway, having someone to
talk to( besides my friends here at the uni, who are very supportive ), even
though that someone is half a world away definitely takes some load off. Hope to
talk to you again. Take care.

Hello there! Thanks for inviting me to join the club, it seems like a really
interesting group( it's got quite a cool name too...).
Personally, I really like to join online groups ( even if sometimes I stumble
upon sometthing really weird, once, I joined this group, although I wouldn't
mention the name directly, where almost three-fourths of the members were
advocates of euthenasia, and I didn't even notice because the name gave nothing
away, that was really weird.... ),
just so I could meet people and have new friends( ugh...that last part sounded
like a cliche ). By the way, I noticed that you're really interested in the
artworks( you've got four hundred favourites already...!), maybe I'll be able to

been, well..." time-swept " . Although I don't really think my drawing are good, my parents, my brother
and my friends all say that they're good, but then, maybe they say that so my
feelings would'nt be hurt or something... Anyway, I'm hoping they won't be rejected .
You're from New Zealand? My sister went over there, and stayed for six months(
she's an advertising manager )due to a project she was working on. It's really

Thanks for the fave!
I see that you've just recently joined MT. Well, I say, enjoy your stay and glad to meet you! I'm Anne Frances Chesterfield( what a long name I have...
), a Psychology student from Missouri. Glad you liked the FF8 wallpaper. If
you need someone to talk to, especially about anime and other topics, feel free
to join the forums. You've definitely come to the right place.
Again thanks! Do you mind if I add you to my friendlist?

" Tell me about sorrow..."--Houko Kuwashima, from Shinkai no Kodoku
Thanks for the fave! I'm still on the way to improving my artworks and wallpapers, and I'll be scanning some doujin sketches, including some of Gundam Seed and GSD. Although I'm not really skilled when it comes to hand-drawing, so check them out and be shocked( but not in a good way...
)
Nee, I'm babbling again.
Anyway, thanks again! I'll be adding you to my friendlist, if it's okay with you.
Always take care and be cheerful( and weird...).

" Tell me abot sorrow..."--Houko Kuwashima, from " Shinkai no Kodoku "
Thanks for the fave! Even though there was some confusion on my part during the submission of this entry, ne? Maybe I'm going senile or something...
By the way, do you have to use HTML or XHTML to embed a player interface from
youtube.com? I really want to embed this really funny FFIX cosplay/fight
scene/comedy called Steiner Vs. Zidane. I couldn't help but laugh at the sheer
craziness of that video.
Thanks again! Take care always.

Thank you very much for the fave! Hopefully I'll improve on the quality of my work.
), tell me what you think!
I just saw your gallery and whew, you just seem to be a pro when it comes to wallpapers. By the way, I'm gonna scan some of my doujin drawings( I'm not really good at drawing, but...
I'm gonna add you to my friendlist if you don't mind, ne? I guess art is really a good way to meet people.
Have a
nice day!

Thanks for the compliment! I'll try to come up with something even better.

Thanks for the tips and for taking time to explain things.
Well, I guess complications are bound to happen sometime, Like you said, it's how you deal with them that matters. Also, who you're dealing it with is very crucial too, so thank you for being supportive. Seems I've also found good friends in cyberspace( according to a cliche'
). After all of this is resolved, I'll be even more active than before, I
think
.
Hope to talk to you again soon!

Hi meanderEvangel!
I'm really looking forward for your drawing.(I have four hundred favourites?!...I never notice that. When I see a good artwork, I couldn' resist to add them to my favourite list
)I'm
pretty sure that your doujin wouldn't be rejected and your parents, brother and
your friend didn't say that your drawings were good just because your feelings
would hurt.
I also like drawing and draw a lot too!
You want to come to New Zealand?I reccomend Christchurch and Rotorua!
I really want to go to U.S.A but I wouldn't have a chance yet...Anyway, you study Phychology?I'm quite interested to study that.Nice to meet you!
(I'd like to be added to your friendlist)
Nee, thanks for the words of encouragement( when it comes to drawing, I really need lots of it
Well, I really like the the fact that New Zealand is a very nature-oriented country. Mostly I read about it in books or the net, as well as descriptions from my sister. Waahhh, I really would love to visit( goes around in circles...stomps her feet
)
the places you mentioned. Anyway, who knows, maybe we'll actually meet each
other in person
. As for my side of the fence, well I won't recommend Missouri right now( it's
October, flood months...hopefully not
), but maybe you'd like to visit the landmarks, ne? Homeland security's extra
meticulous though, due to the terrorism problem. Oh well, I'm sure terrorists
won't be able to keep people from wanting to travel, it's just a natural thing
that everybody wants( except my dog, Elsa
).
Yep, I'm currently on my second year. Psychology is one of the most interesting subjects( especially for weird people like me
), although it requires lots of references and research, and is not static.
Even if you're already practicing it as a profession, it does'nt mean that what
you know won't be disproven when new discoveries come to light. So, it requires
constant learning, as opposed to other academic options. Also, it's kinda young
for a branch of Science, being recognized only for the last two centuries or so,
which is actually a good thing, since we get to be pioneers of a sort
. Wee...I'm blabbing again
.
By the way, I would definitely add you to my friendlist. I would love to talk to you again, ne?

You certainly know how to dream big!
I'll definitely be on the look-out for your new submissions( whips out surveying lenses )! Oh, and thanks for adding me to your friendlist, seems we'll be in touch for a long time! Take care.

Weird tastes? Hehe, you got that right, and not just in NGE. I normally have this paradox when watching anime( and some movies or games ), where I usually gravitate towards the weirdest characters. For example, in Trigun, my favourites are Millions Knives( the central villain ) and his right hand man, Legato Bluesummers. In Final Fantasy 8, it was Seifer Almasy. Also in Gundam Seed and GSD, I went for characters like Shinn Asuka, Gilbert Durandal and Yzak Joule.
I see that your also a fan of classical music. In some weird manner, I seem to enjoy a hybrid of rock, chanring and classical mixtures as well. Intermission...hmmm, might that be " Soul Refrain "? Although I'm not sure, since you never mentioned it as a song, it was the first thing that came into my head.
I kinda like how you said that the use of Bach's music in End of Eva was
" grotesque ", because Director Hideaki Anno said the same thing in an
interview. The classical music that played during Eva-02's last battle was a
great touch though, somehow I like " subdued " music being used in a
violent scene.
Well, the boss battles do come easy if you've gathered enough items and maxed out your character's levels. That's the main gripe of detractors when it comes to RPGs, because they find leveling up a waste of time( yeah right...
).
Anyway, I'm pretty much an all-around gamer, so I don't really have prejudice
when it comes to game genres( although nothing could force me to play really
crappy games...
).
Yup, I'm 18. I'm taking up Psychology as my major. I'm really interested in that sort of stuff( introspection, inner discovery...blahblahblah
),
since I was in High School. Although I'm still undecided as to what particular
application to specialize in, I'm considering between Ev-psych or Psychiatry(
both of them require additional study after earning your B. D.).
)
Uni-life is sorta convoluted, but one's gotta do what one has to, ne? ( My boyfriend hates that adage of mine, too deep for him, I guess

Ooops, sorry for the confusion
Uni-life? It's...eerr...another word for life in the University. I actually caught it from my friends.
Your majors are Bio and Engineering...quite different indeed. But, we can depend on each other's professional help, maybe years from now, ne? Although I'd say more me than you.
--
" I'll be okay without you sis. I'll be alright by myself. "--Squall Leonhart at the Centra Orphanage
Waahh, you caught me there
. I'm also a huge Evangelion fan, what with the flood of psychology with
relation to it
.
)following closely behind. I also happen to be a fan of Johann Sebastian
Bach's music( actually, his compositions are the ones which I really practiced
back when I was in Junior High ), and classical music as a whole.
My favourite character is actually Misato Katsuragi, with Toji Suzahara and Gendou Ikari( dunno, but I kinda like this crazy man
We also have a something in common when playing RPGs. I also die a lot, and it happens mostly when I think I've already leveled up a little too much for a given day and then I get cocky and, as a result, end up battling some monsters in the game that are way more powerful that the current stats of my characters. It also happened a lot when I was playing FF8
. I actually battled the Omega Weapon for the first time, and it took about
forty minutes!
Nee, you're from Pennsylvania, so I guess we just about live in the same neighborhood
. Hope to talk to you again and good luck with your studies. Take
care.

Hello! Just dropped by to see how you're doing.
Then
again, I'm quite sure that you're doing very well, especially with your studies.
As for me, well, it's been a mixture of the good and the not so good
. For, one thing, I still can't buy sometime to start my gallery, since it's
already the onset of October, so its to expected. There have been some problems
at home, luckily its nothing we can't handle
. I'm also planning to get a part-time job( I'm running on a scholarship, so
all I worry about is the miscellaneous expenses...), so I'll will rely less on
my family for finances.
By the way, thanks for reassuring me about the doujin submissions. It's gonna be a little off schedule, but I'm sure I'll manage to squeeze some artwork in, ne? :nya Again, good luck with your exams. Ganbare!

" Even the damned love. "--Roland of Gilead, Gunslinger
Hey thanks! Well, I haven't been in the MT kingdom for quite a while. Gomen!
Hey, you're userpage is very pretty, especially the fonts! I still haven't figured out how to make my own page look like that, I mean, I have a ton of photos and images, but I'm a little vague on the know-how. Hope you could help me( even though we're both fairly new...
)with these. I'm still short on the time factor, but it's October, so, can't
really do anything about it schedule-wise. Also, I just browsed through your
scans, and I can see why you've received a lot of faves, ne?
My preference in art? Well, I'm not really good at drawing ( you'll get a personal look at how...er, weird I draw
,
when I manage to scan some artworks...)but personally, I really love doujinshi
and anime artwork. Specific visual artists..hmm, the list would include Tetsuya
Nomura( he's really good...and that is still understated
), Kia Asamiya, Hiroaki Samura, Norman Rockwell, Joe Madureira, Hayao Miyazaki
and Katsuhiro Otomo( whew...still many more left unmentioned
). I also like portraits( though I don't know if I can do them...) and
landscape paintings. As of now, I'm really finding the art style of Manglobe,
especially Ergo Proxy and Samurai Champloo, very expresiive and dynamic. If I'm
someone more talented, maybe I'll draw on that as inspiration
.
Actually, the reason why I'll be irregularly active for maybe the next couple of weeks are...complications at home. Hopefully, things will be alright pretty soon. That's why I'm kinda distracted right now. But, anyway, having someone to talk to( besides my friends here at the uni, who are very supportive ), even though that someone is half a world away definitely takes some load off. Hope to talk to you again. Take care.

" Tell me about sorrow..."--Houko Kuwashima, from " Shinkai no Kodoku "
Hello there! Thanks for inviting me to join the club, it seems like a really interesting group( it's got quite a cool name too...).
Personally, I really like to join online groups ( even if sometimes I stumble upon sometthing really weird, once, I joined this group, although I wouldn't mention the name directly, where almost three-fourths of the members were advocates of euthenasia, and I didn't even notice because the name gave nothing away, that was really weird....
),
just so I could meet people and have new friends( ugh...that last part sounded
like a cliche
). By the way, I noticed that you're really interested in the
artworks( you've got four hundred favourites already...!), maybe I'll be able to
submit some of my doujin sketches when I have free time. I used to draw a lot
when I was in middle school and junior high, but ever since going uni, I've
been, well..." time-swept "
. Although I don't really think my drawing are good, my parents, my brother
and my friends all say that they're good, but then, maybe they say that so my
feelings would'nt be hurt or something...
Anyway, I'm hoping they won't be rejected
.
You're from New Zealand? My sister went over there, and stayed for six months( she's an advertising manager )due to a project she was working on. It's really one of the countries that I really wnt to visit. Maybe I'll get to do it when I'm already practicing Psychology, ne?
Oh my, I'm blabbing again. Anyway, nice to meet you and take care!
I'll add you to my friendlist, if you don't mind...
